Reid who is the Chairman and CEO Island Def Jam Music Group and President and CEO of Hitco Music Publishing, based in Atlanta, as well as being a three time Grammy Award winning American Record Executive, Songwriter, and Record Producer.

Justin Bieber's debut music single titled "One Time", released accross the world in 2009 and had risen to the top ten on the Canadaian Charts, and had made the top thirty in many of the international charts.
